Customer Satisfaction
At Lashpros, the customer is our top priority! We want you to absolutely love your lashes and enjoy every moment with our technicians. If you're not completely satisfied with your results, please reach out to within 3 days, and we'll gladly arrange an appointment to address any concerns. Your happiness is our mission!
Thank you for your understanding regarding our lash extension services. Due to the delicate nature of these treatments, we cannot guarantee your lashes. Please note that promotional and gift certificates are non-refundable and apply to all services. If you have any concerns about a service, we encourage you reach out to us within 24 hours. Additionally, all retail product purchases are final, but we do offer exchanges or store credit for unopened items.
Refunds
Your safety and satisfaction come first. We take all necessary precautions to provide you with a positive experience, while acknowledging that reactions to eyelash extensions can be unpredictable. Before we begin, we will thoroughly review your intake form and any possible contraindications, including allergies. If you experience any irritation, please contact us right away, and we will offer a complimentary lash removal to help you.
Important Note
Late Arrivals: understand that life can be unpredictable, and emergencies may arise. However, if you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your appointment time, and you will be charged the full value of the service. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, times may be abbreviated if necessary. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee. No shows or cancellations after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service. Thank you for your understanding!
